Comark is an iPad annotation tool that pairs with a Mac or Windows companion over your local network. This policy explains exactly what the app does with your data. It is short because Comark collects very little.
Screenshots, annotations, footer notes, history, your interface language and your speech-provider choice are stored only on your iPad. We operate no account system and no server that receives your content. Uninstalling the app removes this data.
When you capture a screen, the image travels directly between your iPad and your own computer over your local network, encrypted in transit. It never passes through our servers.
Voice annotation records audio only while you are actively dictating. Where that audio goes depends on the provider you select in Settings:
Recordings are not saved after transcription. API keys you enter are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and are never transmitted anywhere except to the provider they belong to.
Comark Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment and tells the app only whether your access is active. We never see your payment details.
Comark contains no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing about your usage is reported to us or to third parties.
Comark is a productivity tool intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Comark Pro 通过 Apple 的 App 内购买销售。Apple 处理支付，并只告知应用你的权益是否有效。我们看不到你的支付信息。
Comark 不含任何分析、广告或追踪。你的使用情况不会上报给我们或任何第三方。
Comark 是面向一般用户的效率工具，不会有意收集儿童信息。
